While trolling around Google Patents researching some Connecticut inventions I ran across a series of Connecticut patents related to toy banks. The drawings included in the patent applications are pretty cool and make you try to figure out how they would work. They make a utilitarian thing like a bank seem so whimsical and fun. Almost makes you want to drop a few coins in them just to see how they work…..
